Gregory J. Gallo

Gregory J. Gallo concentrates in the areas of zoning, commercial and civil litigation, administrative law, business transactions and real estate law. He has represented all types of corporate entities from sole proprietorships to publicly traded companies in matters ranging from small claims to complex litigation in federal court. Attorney Gallo has tried thousands of administrative hearings. He won an important lawsuit whereby he overturned the policies and practices of one of New York City's largest agencies. His years of experience in administrative matters include petitioning for rule changes, serving as counsel to industry associations and lobbying on behalf of the limousine industry in New York City.

Attorney Gallo is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association, and the New Haven County Bar Association. He participates in the zoning, planning and environmental law sections.  He serves as an executive legal counsel to the New Haven Home Builders Association.

A native New Yorker, Gallo graduated from Queens College in New York and obtained a Juris Doctor Degree from Cuny Law School in New York in 1995.  He interned with the Federal Aviation Administration. He is admitted to practice law in both the State and Federal Courts in Connecticut and New York.
