The Pellegrino Law Firm represents both creditors and debtors concerning bankruptcy issues. A Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition gives individuals a fresh start, by discharging most credit card debt and medical bills. Clients retain exempt assets. A Chapter 13 bankruptcy plan is useful to individuals that have the income to pay a portion of their debts, while retaining their assets, such as a home with significant equity. Lastly, our firm works with small businesses to reorganize and remain in business under a Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan.
