Our Firm has represented landlords since its inception. Our clients come form all over Connecticut and out of state, and are owners of shopping centers, commercial and residential buildings. We understand the priorities of our clients, whether they own a 200 unit building or a one family home. Keeping up with the laws permits us to update leases to provide appropriate provisions to ensure our clients have all of the legal protections under current laws.
