Frank M. Morgillo is known for his proficiency in addressing all legal aspects of residential and commercial property transfers.   He ably guides numerous firm clients through multimillion-dollar property transactions and provides expert counsel in the development and documentation of joint ventures and other property acquisition financing alternatives including Section 503 and Section 504 mortgage financing which includes participation by the State of Connecticut, the Small Business Administration, local development agencies, and private lending institutions.  

As a Hamden resident, Attorney Morgillo has been involved in local politics where he served as a member of the Town's Legislative Council.   His many professional affiliations include membership in the Connecticut Home Builders Associations, the New Haven Board of Realtors and the Real Property Section of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations.   He is in demand as a professional speaker on Condominium Law, complex real estate issues, and Creative Business and Real Estate Financing and has served on panels of the National Business Institute involving boundary law in Connecticut.

At Colgate University, Attorney Morgillo was admitted to Phi Beta Kappa and graduated Magna Cum Laude.   He earned his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law and was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1966.
