Attorney Granquist has given seminars on estate planning for senior citizens in Guilford, CT. In these seminars, she has expressed the importance of being in control of your estate plan. Simple documents are all most people need: a simple Will, Testamentary Trust, Living Will, Appointment of Health Care Representative, Appointment of Conservator contingent upon incapacity and a Durable Power of Attorney is basically all that is needed.
