Bernard Pellegrino Appointed to the Connecticut Siting Council

New Haven, CT — Bernard Pellegrino, a Partner of the Pellegrino Law Firm in New Haven, Connecticut, has been appointed by Governor Ned Lamont to serve on the Connecticut Siting Council.
The Connecticut Siting Council is responsible for balancing the need for reliable public utility services with environmental protection and community interests. The Council oversees the siting of energy, telecommunications, and certain infrastructure facilities across the state.
As a member of the Connecticut Siting Council, Attorney Pellegrino will serve as a Public Official within the Executive Branch of state government. In this capacity, he is subject to the State of Connecticut’s Code of Ethics, underscoring his commitment to transparency, integrity, and the highest ethical standards in public service.
Attorney Pellegrino brings extensive legal experience in land use and a deep understanding of Connecticut communities to the Council. Both personally and through his work at the Pellegrino Law Firm, he has long demonstrated a dedication to public service, advocacy, and responsible decision-making.
